Was excited to visit the Cafe, with my Son, to inquire about (and apply) for the elite Venture One X card. The entire experience was a huge disappointment and customer service nightmare. Initially we thought the representative was a maintenance worker who never formally introduced himself or offered any additional information other than an iPad. Once I applied, and was approved, I never received ANY confirmation of my application so I was unable to confirm it had been submitted properly or set up my new card in the app. This resulted in him having to call Customer Service twice, me having to speak to a rep on HIS phone, send a photo of my ID, and still no resolution. Frustrated with this entire process, which took nearly a hour, I left and then had to call Capital One Customer Service from home and spend 15 mins on hold only to be told I cannot do anything for 4 days until the application has been processed. Such a huge (missed) opportunity to make legitimate new Capital One customers (not just bathroom seekers or coffee drinkers) feel valued and welcomed.

Leaving the mall and wanted a little nosh that wasn't the food court. Capital One Cafe is so attractive looking, clean, each table has charging pad, couch seating, spacious, private meeting rooms AND delicious Verve Coffee. The cookie was quite tasty too. A win win!

Our barista was so kind and knowledgable about all the drinks on the menu and where the ingredients are sourced. I ordered the matcha and it was so tasty. All the syrups are made in house which I really liked! I will definitely be back. Great place to do some work too and shop after!
As a Capital One customer, this was my very first time coming into the Capital One Café to utilize their ATMs on 12/6. The ATM towards the outside entrance was being utilized and I had asked one of the employees if they had another ATM that I could use. The employee walked me to the ATM inside and he stood and hovered over me. The employee was so close that he could see/read all of the ATM prompts. Which made me feel very uncomfortable that an employee would stand that close to me while I was using the ATM putting in my personal information. I was very weirded out with the hovering that I had to ask the employee “Is there a reason you’re hovering over me?” to which he replied no I’m just here if you need help. Clearly, I did not need any help, I knew exactly how to work an ATM machine. After that interaction, I’m not sure if I will revisit the Capital One Café, it made me feel very uncomfortable and also made me feel as if I was being judged upon entry that the employee felt the need to “watch” me.

Great work space and ambience, but the coffee and food is very poor and costly, if you don’t have capital one card I wouldn’t bother getting coffee. Service is also very mediocre.
