A relaxing lounge spot , after walking or shopping in the Fashion Mall. If you are a Capitol One member, assortment of coffees are 50% off. Great AC to cool off. Friendly customer service, receive information able Capitol One Offers and loans.
A totally chill place to hang out in the busy mall. No one will buy you. I don't know if they open many bank accounts here but if you grab some coffee, you can hang out here while others shop. Great idea and so much less hectic than the Starbucks at the mall. And the coffee is good too!
We just did banking but it was a great experience and we were offered drinks but didn't partake.
