I love the Capital One Cafe and its specialty drinks! the lavender latte was super tasty, and I like to get it because not everyone makes this kind of drink. The coffee operations is by VERSED, which is sourced really well. It's clean, the coffee is great, and there is ample seating. Great place to refresh/stop/relax. Can't complain about this. When I was there they had some MLB (World Series) promos as they are a major sponsor, but I wasn't at the cafe on the days/times...

The idea of a Capital One Cafe seems cool until you need to take money out of your new checking account and you realize that the Capital One cafe is not a true bank.

I have been here many times, the employees, food and service are a 5 star experience for having a place to work and grab some coffee.

But Capital One themselves dropped the ball when it came the only Capital One (bank) in Az. I came in to try to take money out my NEW account and...

First time in a capital one cafe! It did not disappoint. I was greeted upon entry and asked if there’s anything thing they can do to assist me? The place was nice and clean. The cappuccino was good and the tea was refreshing. I played connect four, relaxed, and chatted until closing. 50% off food and drinks for capital one card holders or bank account holders was a cherry on the top. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger “I’ll be back”!
