Honestly haven’t eaten here but the vibes are vibing. Eric hooked me and the whole crew up with bottle service for my girlie pops birthday. We liked the music and we didn’t need earplugs.

First when we were waiting in line the security guard was pressing a lady who was there for a bachelorette party, clearly well above 60 years of age for id and being rude. We sat at the bar and the bartender ignored us for 20 minutes atleast. She saw us, had passed us multiple times and continued to ignore us. Then when we wanted to use the tickets for the mimosa bar crawl THEY WERE A PART OF (they had signs everywhere about it) they would not accept the accept
The tickets as the bartender said “I don’t know what those are”. Bartenders should be more knowledgeable and the service all around is awful. Go to HiFi or anywhere else this place is absolutely awful.

We had the most incredible time at Casa—truly unforgettable! A huge shoutout to our amazing promoter, Eric Shane, who went above and beyond to make our experience absolutely perfect. Thanks to Eric, the vibe, the service, and the energy were all on point from start to finish.

He made sure our bride and birthday girl felt like VIPs every step of the way, and his attention to detail and hospitality took everything to the next level. We had so much fun, we came back again the very next night—and it was just as incredible.

Eric, you’re the reason Casa felt like the place to be. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town, and we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you for making our celebration so special!

Wholever worked the night of Sat, March 18th 2025 - don’t come. They didn’t take my order a single time. They don’t your money or patronage. Go to a different bar.

The restaurant might look like fun, but please don't be deceived. Look for another bar, please. We spent 100 USD on 8 drinks for a group of 4 of us. We were there for half an hour. One of us left for a smoke outside and was refused reentry by the bouncers on the simple grounds that he was too intoxicated. Huge a lack of respect was shown to paying customers who were not looking for trouble. Bad experiences travel like wild fire, I will definitely pass this one on.

I came to your venue with a group of friends, including my wife (she’s white). We were in town from Canada for a conference and looking to enjoy a night out. I paid for a round of drinks for everyone and stepped into the washroom. After that, I went outside and started chatting with the security staff—something I’m used to doing back home. I also asked if anyone had a cigarette I could grab. They said no, so I asked a different group of people nearby.

When I came back to the door, the security team suddenly told me I wasn’t welcome and said I was too intoxicated to come back in. I was shocked. I explained that my wife was still inside, and I wasn’t about to leave her alone in a place she didn’t know. I tried calling her, but she didn’t answer. I asked if they could at least go in and tell her what was happening, but they refused.

I let them know we were a group of Canadians in Scottsdale for a professional event, hoping they’d understand. They still wouldn’t help. Eventually, my wife came out on her own. As I walked up to explain what was going on, four guys tackled me to the ground out of nowhere.

I spent the next 30 minutes trying to reason with them, pointing out how inappropriate and frankly racist their behavior was. My wife and our friends saw everything, and we were all stunned by how poorly things were handled. What was supposed to be a fun night turned into something deeply upsetting.

I’ve filed a police report and plan to follow up legally, even though I’m not from here. What happened was wrong, and these people need to be held accountable.

I came here with two friends. I’m the only Black person in the group. Both of them were let in immediately—no hesitation. One of them literally stumbled, dropped his ID, and still had no problem getting through the door. Then I stepped up—calm, respectful, completely in control—and the bouncer (tall guy with a beard and a hat) suddenly decided I was “too intoxicated” to enter.

I wasn’t slurring. I wasn’t stumbling. I was polite, composed, and did absolutely nothing wrong. But that didn’t matter. He had already made his mind up the moment he saw me.

And the worst part? I could tell he wanted me to react. He was looking for a reason to escalate—hoping I’d raise my voice or push back so he could flip the script and say that was the problem. It was rigged from the start. That’s not “security.” That’s a setup.

What made it even clearer? I went to multiple other spots that night—clubs, bars, lounges—and had zero issues. Every other bouncer I encountered treated me with basic respect. No false accusations. No drama. No games. Just normal, decent interactions. That contrast alone proves this wasn’t about “safety” or “intoxication.” This was personal. This was targeted. This was about control and bias.

This place doesn’t mind Black people—as long as you’re spending big, showing off, and playing a role they like. But if you come through chill, low-key, and expect to be treated like everyone else? Suddenly you’re a problem.

I walked away, not because I was wrong, but because I knew the second I gave them any emotion, they’d use it against me. “Too aggressive.” “Too loud.” “See? This is why.” That’s the game. I wasn’t going to play it.

So if you’re a person of color thinking about coming here, understand what you’re walking into. It doesn’t matter how respectful you are—if you don’t fit their unspoken standard, you’re at risk of being humiliated for nothing.

This experience was not just disappointing—it was disgusting. I won’t ever be back. And I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values fairness, dignity, or even basic professionalism.

Only came here because friends insisted but after the experience I had I will never be going back. The security guards actively search the crowd looking for people to kick out on a power trip. People that are just dancing. I would understand if they were fighting or getting loud and obnoxious. But they seem to remove people at a wink totally abusing their power. The security abuses there power and I will never go back. 0/10 stars.
