Cesar is amazing he took very good care of us. Dani was also super helpful she made some amazing drink recommendations for our group while we waited at the bar. The food was delicious and everything was perfect l. I will definitely be back to see Dani and Cesar.
Sexy Roman was SO good! The food was absolutely amazing . everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was great, but what really made our experience was our server, Patrick. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond for us.

Sexy Roman is a classy Scottsdale spot that is not gimmicky. Every dish is so good, from the amazing filet to the pasta, ricotta agnolitti, lumache alla vodka, tiramisu, complementary bday chocolate cake, and chocolate mocha cappuccino. Service is excellent, with a martini cart and custom drink that tasted amazing. The ambiance is perfect for special occasions, and everyone was poised and inviting. But it is expensive and over priced, it is great for events and birthdays.
