They had this one guy walking around with a pitcher of water in his hand and he never bothered to ask if my table needed water. I finally asked for water- the guy said he was sorry and brought us water. Later into the meal, that same guy walked around again holding that pitcher of water- our glass now empty and never asked if we would like more water. Why is this person walking around with a pitcher of water? He was so quick to take the plates away - even when people at the table were still eating- but again never offered more water- its basic service— freaking useless!!!

I can't even begin to describe how rude the owner here was. Walked up this morning to grab a bite and she met my husband and myself at the door to inform us that dogs were not allowed anywhere near the restaurant, patio or otherwise.Fine, don't allow dogs, I get that. But don't meet a paying customer at the door and start berating me for having a dog with me. Maybe I wanted to order takeout for a picnic while my husband waited outside? Just so incredibly rude.We ended up across the way at Hash Kitchen and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Skip this rude place and go there instead.

My friend and I just had a very unfortunate experience with Sophie’s Cafe.We arrived at 1:30 (they close at 2). There was a single woman who walked in PAST us as we were waiting to be seated. She was seated. We were then told “we are closing soon.” She then handed a menu to the woman.Keep in mind THEY HAVE ITEMS items for take out.I can’t assume the reason we were not served while the woman who passed us to be seated was. But 30 minutes prior to closing to be declined service was the most disappointing experience I’ve had so far since being a Scottsdale resident.

We are visiting Scottsdale and wanted to try Sophie’s cafe as my daughter loves crepes. We walked up and saw an open table outside. As my daughter went to sit down an employee (assuming Sophie) came out and yelled at us. She said she was saving the table for a couple inside who had been waiting. Other diners stared as she was very rude. We said okay so we need to be seated rather than seat ourselves. She replied yes. So we went inside and stood there for 5+ minutes while we were ignored. Finally we left. Not a friendly place!

Amazing place - we came back 3 mornings in a row for the best coffee and crepes I've ever had. The staff are amazingly friendly, the coffee was perfect but the FOOD - just wow. I tried 3 different savory crepes - the French Favorite with shaved ham and melted swiss was my favorite. Any of the crepes that have Béchamel sauce are amazing - it's light and airy and perfected. This is one of the restaurants we're most looking forward to returning to when we visit Scottsdale again.

C'est Magnifique! Food and service is excellent. We travel from out of the country and try to eat at a different place every day but came here 3 days in a row. The crepes are phenomenal, and the coffee is perfect. The owners took the time to introduce themselves and make sure our experience was perfect and it was 100%. Can't wait to return and eat here as much as possible. Merci!

This spot used to be called Chez Vous. We’ve been coming to this place for years now and love the, what is now called, campagne savory crepe. So delish!

We found this place because of a wait at a different place and we could not be happier with the gem we found. The crepe frano americaine was to die for. The egg on top was expertly cooked. 4 cheese plate had a great selection. The attention to detail was outstanding as well often-overlooked cleaning area (ledge of the window) was dust free. Wait staff was attentive with out being in your face. We appreciate this authentic yet unpretentious and sophisticated breakfast ?
