China Basil Thai and Chinese Kitchen

We stumbled upon this place while driving around after a very disappointing trip to Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles, hoping to salvage our meal. Unfortunately, our luck didn't improve much here.
The setup is fast-casual: you order and pay at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. While the atmosphere tries to lean upscale, the food itself was honestly nothing special. To me, the flavor profile was very similar to Panda Express, just served in a nicer room.
The biggest issue is the value. The portions are notably on the smaller side compared to similar restaurants. We spent over $65 for just two simple adult meals and one order of cream puffs. For that price point, the quality and quantity just aren't there. Ultimately, it is not a good bang for your buck, and I wouldn't rush back.

It is a wonderful family owned restaurant, with amazing service. They are kind and friendly. I have loved every dish I have tried. But I always get the hot and sour soup with my meal. YUM!! I absolute favorite so far is the spicy honey crisp chicken.

Wonderful Thai food, especially the Thai Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The Mangos with Sticky Rice was a real treat, very god Thai dessert.

I loved their food and they are very friendly. Only one problem was that water was self-service, but there was no instruction. I felt like I was forced to order drinks, which was my misunderstanding. So when you visit them and want water, just help yourself. =)

Maybe I’m wrong for thinking this ..
but I always thought that ordering soup that some form of crackers would come with it (automatically). Ok, for almost a $10 cup of soup there’s an extra $1 fee for the little chips-soup to go with it🫤🙄

I came to this restaurant on my lunch break. And had a little issue with my order, With no hesitation, they remade the order gave it to me nice and hot well prepared! Absolutely amazing service. I walked out the restaurant with the biggest smile on my face because of the customer service experience.

It was delivery! The flavor on both items are nice, and sauce for the coconut shrimp had a perfect amount of heat for me, I love fried rice the pineapple And the rest ingredients for the reason why I wanted that and only shrimp added why there was peas and carrots in my food is beyond me. I hate them, and if I would’ve known that, I would’ve asked for them to be removed. But the flavor is amazing and it’s mild and and then the coconut shrimp was amazing with its sauce so for delivery it was nice. I appreciated the rest. Portions are huge.

Good food at a slightly high price. I’d definitely recommend it for some decent Thai grub. Portions are kind of small to me. The service is great, guy at front is really nice. It’s a small joint and a bit cramped but food is some of the better Asian food in the area.
