Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just left, got a mobile ordered. Gave the small bowl ever not even half way filled to the top.

Ordered through doordash and wanted to modify my order. Tried to call the store since you cannot on the app but you have to go through a robot who just keeps saying “I don’t understand your request” and would never let me just speak to an actual worker. So incredibly frustrating that you can’t call the store about your orders. Completely ruined my ordered because of this. If you allow people to modify in person then you should allow that on doordash as well. Will never order again because of how disappointing and annoying this experience was.

Typical worthless chipotle antics. Might as well close at 8 pm. Always out of half of the essentials. Miserable terrible attitude managers and employees. Smh

I really wanted to bring my family some chipotle after a long convention and I drove out of my way to come here. The worker was SO RUDE. He messed up on my order and didn't even care to correct it. He just gave me a look like it wasn't his problem. Never again. Take your money elsewhere or go to a different location.

such a odd experience. Only girls were working when we went on a Monday afternoon. Keep in mind we were the only ones there and they were rushing us so bad like we were shocked. I didn't even get to finish my bowl/was to scared to cuz of this one girl. Very very weird experience and wont be returning here!

We had a big order and there was only one person working the line. Firstly that was so stupid bc why is only one person handling the whole line. there were two others doing absolutely nothing and one at the counter just standing there. she was nice but then we get to the end of our order and then manager comes to the front and started literally AGGRESSIVELY THROWINF food into our bowl which was so disrespectful. asked for lettuce on the last one and got like TWO PEICES no joke. anyway do not recommend bc terrible service

Amazing food as always but smells inside and was kind of dirty.

After a long time, I tried chipotle again and after 30 minutes I start feel bad !!I’m threw up all day. I have fever This is my last time in my life. I’m eating chipotle!!!!

The long haired blonde working the cash register today had a nasty attitude. However, the team on the line was very helpful and quick. This location is such a hit and miss, and the staff on the team is always inconsistent. This location is slowly going more and more down hill. I’ll start going to the other location 5 minutes longer away from my work to avoid the nasty attitude.

Food, line workers, and register were amazing. The manager however was unprofessional and goofing off/ yelling in the back when there was a big rush. He gave rude comments to the lady at the register and surprised me to hear that was the “manager” he didn’t act or look the part. Messy and rude.

Showed up at 10:30, 30 minutes prior to closing. There was only a tub of sour cream and a 1/4 filled pan of corn. All other salsa items were out of stock the manager Isaac said he’s not making anything because it’s close to closing time. You literally lost out on sales and food cost after I walked out.

If I could I would leave a 0 star review. The staff ARE SO RUDE!!!! My boyfriend and I were served by these two, short, round Hispanics. They were really rude and because of this bad experience we will never come back. Don’t come here unless you want bad customer service.

The burrito is to small, compared to other authentic mexican establishments. Rice was not fresh, too many hard shells. It is true what they say, the protein portion is way to small.
