They need someone to check the dining room once in a while. Only 3 of their 18 tables didn't have leftover food on them. One table even had a full bowl of food under it. I was there for 45 minutes and noone ever came out to clean or even check. They weren't even busy while I was there, either.

On February 18, 2026, I asked if they had guacamole. They usually always have brown guacamole, which is why I checked to see if they had any. I was told they didn’t have any, which was completely fine. However, after that, the staff mocked me and my family and were hurraying that we left. I felt very disrespected by their behavior. The way we were treated left a bitter taste in my mouth and was very disappointing.

Had ordered a bowl from here with “carne asada” and everything except guac and beans. My bowl is honestly pathetic. Literally left out so many ingredients and the things I did get were skimped on. Also the meat I got is pork not carne asada. Unfortunately I’m too far away to drive back and get this corrected. No lettuce no roasted veggies nothing! Ugh the amount of food and the missing food items are absolutely not worth the price at this location.

I have been eating at Chipotle for last 20 years and at least half of my meals are from Chipotle. This location is the winner of one of the worst food and service! Their rice looks like rice pudding and chips are oily and mushed together without and crunchiness.
I suggest this location ensures taste check before putting any food out for customer! The workers there are pretty young with no sense of politeness or pride of serving to customers. This place needs a good training program!

This chipotle is the closest one to my house. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location. They never have adequate ingredients, often out of things like white rice, chicken, and sour cream. You ask for extra sour cream and they look at you like you are from another planet. Avoid if you can, terrible experience everytime here

Asked for extra rice, got barely half a scoop. The small amount of chicken I got was burnt. On top of this, the guy who took my order was rude. I will never be back to this location - would rather go across the street to the location in the mall.

I ordered it online and this is how it looked when I opened it. It was basically not even half way full. I had the employees remake my food and they were very rude. The rice was undercooked and the chicken was stale.

I was in Friday after work and ordered a Chicken bowl. There was someone who must have been a District Manager or something. He jumped in on my order and told the team to give bigger scoops of proteins and had them add more to my bowl. As i moved on to check out I heard him saying to the team that they need to give generous servings and give the customer more. Really great experience there and will be back!

I've been to this location numerous times and have been happy with the food and service this far. Today, after a wait in line, I got to the counter and ordered a bowl with carne asada. I was told they only had carnitas and barbacoa. They were out of chicken, steak, and carne asada and it would be ten minutes wait time. A few minutes later a gentleman came from the back and poured a container of steak and then a container of carne asada into the serving area. At that point I should have changed my order. The carne asada looked nothing like the photos on the marketing poster on the menu. It was certainly overcooked and had absolutely no pink whatsoever. Ugh. I had enough points for free chips and guacamole and used them, although this caused issues since the cashier put them together and the system would not recognize my separate rewards. Finally, they have five speakers in the indoor seating area playing music. They could turn the volume down a few notches so it's more in the background rather than dominating the entire space.
