This location used to be really good compared to the one down south near Thomas and Scottsdale Road. However, they appear to now be run by similar people and are always out of ingredients and have grumpy employees who loathe being there.

I paid 10$ for a chicken burrito and got something closer to a taco in size. For 10$ I got 1/2 a scoop of rice (at other locations I get triple that) 1/3 of chicken and a literal pinch of cheese for 10$!!! Extremely small portions and food was super dry.

I used to go to this chipotle for lunch regularly but haven’t been in about 6 months. Today my boss got us lunch which was awesome! What wasn’t awesome was them completely messing up everyone in our offices orders. Absolutely unreal. Not one napkin of fork, not to mention the quesadillas didn’t have any of the dipping ingredients. Some or the burrito bowls didn’t have any salsa even though it was specified in the order. Do not recommend this chipotle for online orders!

The Assistant General Manager Isabella Goldstein was extremely rude to not just I but to her fellow employees, was yelling at them in the back & micro-managing everything they do. She does not deserve her role as Assistant Regional Manager. I will not be coming back to this location until she is gone, and I will advise everyone I know to do the same. She was also sexist towards men while talking in the back saying things like "all men are pigs" and also not talking to 90% of the male workers there.

My friends and I come here regularly. The food is great and they always treat us well. I'm leaving this review because I absolutely HATE being embarrassed. I observed whoever the new manager was, treating a new employee poorly because he had a hard time wrapping a burrito. The kid was embarrassed, and I was embarrassed for him. Assuming she will look at this review, shame on you. Treat people better, and they will enjoy working for you. I would never.
