Wow! Was over at The Phoenician looking to grab some grub for the night while my wife was attending a conference. After reading these reviews, there is no way I will be patronizing this restaurant. Love Chipotle, but homie don’t play that. Thank you, previous customers, for assisting the rest of us in our decision making.

Today I ordered a meal at this location around 12pm, and I asked for a small cup of water with my food. When I finished eating, I went to request a refill of my water, and an older lady told me that I could not get a refill because they do not allow refills. It is both surprising and disappointing that after purchasing a meal, a simple refill of water is denied. Very poor service to experience at Chipotle, as refusing a refill of dispensed water leaves a bad impression.

Always tell their customer the “water faucet” is broken in a state that’s 115 degrees all summer. Also they have no Lemonades or other drinks at this location. How long does it take to get a water button fixed. Been told this multiple times over the months.

I always go for my lunch and ask for a side of honey and some older lady who was the manager i could tell from her polo said i can’t have it and expressed that i always recieve it and i don’t mind paying for the side and she was completely rude and dismissed me
I mean i guess this is the new standard of chipotle now.

They make you feel so rushed with ordering, even when no one is in line. And they don't offer water that isn't soda water.

I definitely don’t recommend this place anymore. The food was good, but the service was really bad. The lady didn’t want to give me additional water already refill that’s so stupid.

It’s very difficult to find a place to sit down there and the lady on the cashier didn’t want to refill my water. That’s ridiculous. I definitely would not buy any food from chipotle anymore.

Came in for lunch and Abby was extremely rude and disrespectful, has to learn how to have manners or be put in the back where she doesn’t work with customers, throwing my food when all I asked was for a bag. Girl who prepared my bowl was nice. Abby definitely ruined the mood

Caution please don't eat from this place I got really bad stomach poisoning from here not only that the staff is very rude so if want a e coli virus from there bon appetit

I've been a loyal Chipotle customer at this location for 10 years, but after my last four visits, I won’t be coming back to this location. I go almost every day for my lunch break. The portions have become ridiculously small—especially when it comes to protein, rice, and beans. There’s an older man serving who consistently gives barely anything, and it’s frustrating to pay full price for half the food. This is the only Chipotle where I’ve had this issue, and unfortunately, it’s enough to make me take my business elsewhere. Disappointing.
