Worst place ever rude employees
They make you feel so rushed with ordering, even when no one is in line. And they don't offer water that isn't soda water.
I definitely don’t recommend this place anymore. The food was good, but the service was really bad. The lady didn’t want to give me additional water already refill that’s so stupid.
It’s very difficult to find a place to sit down there and the lady on the cashier didn’t want to refill my water. That’s ridiculous. I definitely would not buy any food from chipotle anymore.
Came in for lunch and Abby was extremely rude and disrespectful, has to learn how to have manners or be put in the back where she doesn’t work with customers, throwing my food when all I asked was for a bag. Girl who prepared my bowl was nice. Abby definitely ruined the mood
Caution please don't eat from this place I got really bad stomach poisoning from here not only that the staff is very rude so if want a e coli virus from there bon appetit
I've been a loyal Chipotle customer at this location for 10 years, but after my last four visits, I won’t be coming back to this location. I go almost every day for my lunch break. The portions have become ridiculously small—especially when it comes to protein, rice, and beans. There’s an older man serving who consistently gives barely anything, and it’s frustrating to pay full price for half the food. This is the only Chipotle where I’ve had this issue, and unfortunately, it’s enough to make me take my business elsewhere. Disappointing.
My son became very sick and was diagnosed with food poisoning, with symptoms starting twelve hours after eating there. The burrito continued coming up undigested 15 hours after consuming it, leading to his diagnosis.

I have ordered delivery three times from this location and every time it's wrong. The last one I ordered three soft tacos and they came as hard shell tacos. Didn't get my queso didn't get my salsa but I got my chips. Time before that I ordered quesadillas I got tacos and a bowl. Never order delivery from this Chipotle and I will never order food from them or even go in and order. Workers just don't care.

The older man who built my burrito was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from the staff, considering I WORK in the mall as well. Not only was this older man using a tone with me, he insisted I got MY OWN order incorrect and continued being completely rude for no reason. Please do better, I come here all the time on my lunch break and do not deserve this kind of treatment

Fact that this location no longer takes mobile orders is a huge inconvenience. The company needs to bring back the ability to make mobile orders at this location. Previously, I would get chipotle at least two times a week however since this change has been made, I’ve stopped frequent this location and Chipotle in general. This has no bearing on the associates at this location, but the company in general.

Hello, my name is Harry. I have nonverbal learning disorder and mild autism. I often times have trouble communicating at times. I like going to Chipotle because the menu is simple, and I am always greeted with a smile. A person who works there that always does this for me is an amazing lady named Lu. I also enjoy the high-quality ingredients that the company chipotle chooses to use.
I used to enjoy getting the burritos but recently I switched to the bowls because it is healthier and was a recommendation from my life coach. I am walking the walk and slowly changing my entire diet.
Today was especially special trip to chipotle a cook stopped what he was doing to help serve my food. I have high respect for this individual. He could have just kept cooking or doing something else in the back, but he didn't. He choose to help me with high class customer service. I think the Indvidual's made it special for me.
The reason why I like my interactions with Lu is because she has a spark to her, and she truly brings good energy to the entire food court. I can tell everyone that works with her enjoys working with her as well.
I am excited to for my next trip later this week. I am personally working on not going to the same food places every day and make more food at home. Thanks again Chipotle for everything you do.
