Owners have this place under staffed at all times. We go here 3 times a week and they have line out the door at 8pm because they don’t know how to staff. We will be driving to another chipotle if this continues.

I eat at this location almost every day or at least every other day. Today, just another day with another great experience! I always have a great experience when I come to this location! The staff go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every customer. The environment depending on when you go, can be a little chaotic but that’s expected at lunch rushes. My food has always been fresh. I also tend to not order online tho because I usually eat there.

To Whom It May Concern, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at your establishment. During my lunch break with a co-worker, we encountered a staff member, Serenity, who unfortunately displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. From the moment we approached the counter, it was apparent that Serenity was in a bad mood. She slammed our bowl on the table, and when I requested extra rice, her response was aggressive, as she added an additional scoop with little care. When it came time to choose a protein, I politely asked for chicken and requested extra as well. Her eye-roll and the way she carelessly provided the chicken added to an overall unpleasant experience. She slid my bowl across the table with a force that felt disrespectful. It’s disheartening to witness such behavior, not only towards us but also towards other customers who were in line after us. We all come to enjoy a meal and should be treated with respect and kindness. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but if one cannot maintain a level of professionalism, it might be best to take a step back.I hope this feedback helps in addressing this issue, as it is important for the atmosphere at your establishment to remain welcoming and friendly. It was very clean inside the workers were efficient and got my food out fast definitely a higher quality chipotle!
Vegetarian options: They have a vegan protein option for the bowls

Undercooked rice. If you ask for extra something they act like someone's holding a gun to them under the table and give you a measly little scoop
