Subject: Unacceptable Customer Experience at Chipotle Location

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for over 15 years, visiting locations across Los Angeles, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Detroit. Until now, I’ve consistently received a level of service and quality that reflected the brand’s standards. However, my recent visit left me deeply disappointed and confused.

Upon entering the store, there were five staff members visible at the front, yet not one person acknowledged me, greeted me, or said a word. I was completely ignored. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a lack of basic courtesy at any Chipotle.

To make matters worse, I was informed that pico de gallo — a standard and staple offering — was unavailable for the rest of the evening. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to offer an alternative or make up for the shortage.

As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service and team training. What I witnessed was not just poor service — it bordered on discriminatory behavior, as I felt actively disregarded in a way I’ve never experienced before at your restaurants.

This location needs immediate attention regarding staff training and management oversight. Respect, courtesy, and inclusivity are non-negotiables in any customer-facing business.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and results in corrective action. I’m happy to provide additional details if needed.

The inside is a little small so there's not that much seating. It does have outside seating.

Always a great experience at this Chipotle. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the manager goes out of his way to take care of customers. He’s generous with portions and really keeps things running smoothly. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to.

Went to this chipotle a few days ago by ordering through the app. I tried to be patient and wait for some kind of response, but unfortunately I’ve seen nothing from my complaint I made through their app. I wasted my reward points to try and get more protein and also paid for the extra wrap on my burrito along with a few other extras. The burrito cost me almost 20 bucks and to get a burrito that couldn’t even be wrapped with all my food falling out. It’s getting terrible at this location as the time before my burrito couldn’t even be wrapped straight and it actually looked like the shape of a trapezoid and after just a few bites my burrito fell apart. I think this will be my last time ordering from this location just from the last 2 experiences I’ve had back to back. Chipotle needs to be held to better standards if we’re paying more than at other burrito places that are locally owned and can actually give you better quality food.

Owners have this place under staffed at all times. We go here 3 times a week and they have line out the door at 8pm because they don’t know how to staff. We will be driving to another chipotle if this continues.

I eat at this location almost every day or at least every other day. Today, just another day with another great experience! I always have a great experience when I come to this location!
The staff go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every customer. The environment depending on when you go, can be a little chaotic but that’s expected at lunch rushes. My food has always been fresh. I also tend to not order online tho because I usually eat there.
