I was blessed to gather with friends and family at Cholla located at Casino Arizona in Scottsdale. Call ahead for a reservation tell them Jon sent you, and remember they are only open for dinner. Cholla has become one of my favorite places for fine dining, the well-appointed nook will leave you wanting more and returning soon. If you have passed Cholla a million times and never looked in; you should, what’s behind the door will leave you in awe. At least stop in at the lounge...
This steakhouse is a great value. This is our third time there. The steaks are always good plus the sauces for the steaks are delicious. Some of the side dishes are better than others. Would not recommend the sautéed mushrooms or the au gratin potatoes. But all the other sides are good. Will definitely be back again.
The food was good, but at the same time I have had better and I have had a whole lot worse. Our server was good for the most part. The thing i didn't not like was we have never been there before. So it seem like we were put on the back burner. Over the other guest. I would think that the server would came around more often then she did. We saw the runner more then we did our server.
