Went here with family for the first time and the service they provided to me and them was outstanding; even if it was potentially busy due to this place being connected to Auntie Anne's, of course. Team members Jose and Ryder specifically were great in accommodating family needs and growing my experience at Scottsdale.

There is only one Cinnabon. I've had some good cinnamon rolls but none really compare to Cinnabon.

Karla and the crew here are Amazing. Words couldn’t describe the gratitude ? I have for them .. It’s Christmas Eve and I wanted to get my 3 year old son Cinnabon for him to leave for Santa instead of cookies ? ( Santa is me lol ) and I got there a couple of minutes too late ⏰.. so I asked if they could please ? sell me a box .. I was even willing to pay 3x the cost .. instead they go in the back and bring me a box and say Merry Christmas ?.. they are the best and I wish...
