This is the most unique ramen spot I’ve been to. You can choose from pre-selected ramen options or create your own from scratch!! Whatever ingredients, noodles, broth, and spices you’d like. They also have Bao bun options as well as rice bowls. There’s plenty of seating on the inside but the patio is my favorite. Surrounded by all of nature with the beautiful plants and cute dim lighting in the evening. The service was very efficient and the food came out really fast which was shocking. It was very fresh!!! Highly recommend for those with special warring lifestyles(vegan, vegetarian, gluten free)

Great food and service! The broth was delicious, and the brisket in my dish was perfect. THE FRENCH FRIES ARE TO DIE FOR. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Have come here twice now and both times it's been great. Their bao buns are fluffy and delicious. The pork belly one is amazing. Really liked the ramen. The
only bummer was the soft-boiled egg was not soft.
If you're in a rush it might be a little bit of a challenge though. They can get really busy and they are not always super fast

These guys need a LOT of help. The food’s great, but the timeliness is slow and the service is haphazard. They often have to turn off their delivery app availability because they can’t handle the pace of orders, and it’s not like the place is ever particularly slammed— it just literally takes them 25 minutes per bowl.
If you watch them make your food, you’ll see them often forget which bowls correspond to which orders on their board, and debating amongst themselves which order belongs to which customer. A simple solution would be to ask for names or assign a number to each ticket.
Hopefully these guys get someone in with a little experience running fast-casual dining operations. I want them to do well and they’re holding themselves back by turning off delivery apps during dinner hours.

Good food but their wait times are constantly longer than expected. The past three orders I placed with them took over 20 mins beyond the estimated time for pickup. They even send you a text message but each time I arrive I end up waiting an extra 15-20. Buyer beware, don't trust the pick up times on your receipts, email, or text. I wouldn't keep coming here but the food is honestly good. It's just unfortunate their system doesn't reflect actual wait times. If they could actually meet their stated pickup times, I'd happily increase the rating

My friend, her father and I came here for a quick bite after seeing an Instagram influencer boasted about the food. We all got the same chicken miso and split some buns and the three of us were highly disappointed.
This is 🚫 NOT a ramen joint.
We sat in silence to pin the flavor and it just had a cheap, bland flavor. There aren't any sauces to add to your food and the chicken is fried but it's, floppy and ??? That's the best way to describe it.
If you're wanting ramen, don't come here.
They're not very clever in the ramen department.

Award winning interior design, paired with some of the best ramen (after Clever Koi’s) that all of Arizona has to offer. Friendly staff. Absolutely delicious!!
