Maybe they were short staffed I don't know, but if you're in a hurry this is not the place for you. I wasn't in a hurry but still service was slow and not so great. The meal was pretty good.

A small group of friends (5) decided to get together for a little
X-Mas cheer. We chose Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers on Shea and the 101 freeway. Had never been to this location.
We were seated promptly. Our server (Taylor) brought us 4 waters Not 5. Weird. No silverware.
We ordered drinks...Took FOREVER and she only brought 4
Again Weird. Then we waited and waited and waited. No Taylor!
She finally showed and we were out of beer and...
