DONT BOTHER TO COME HERE!! AWFUL SERVICE AND SMALL PORTIONS!! I ordered a Love It with Sweet Cream, Fudge and Caramel which was made the size of a Like it until I questioned the size. The girl Olive added more sweet cream and barely mixed it inside the cup. I asked her to remix it completely and then had to ask for the manager after she stated it was mixed. Not only did I complain that it was too small but I wanted it remixed on the slab. The Manager Bree denied it was too small and claimed they'd have to charge me more for a Got To Have It if they added more ice cream. I'm so disappointed to be charged $7.09 for such a flat serving. See attached photo. This is what she handed me.

I honestly did not believe my eyes when there was actually ice cream non-dairy and gluten-free. I have celiac disease and I also have a dairy allergy. The server was so nice to ask her manager if the ice cream was also gluten Free.As you can see in the picture. Honestly it was so delicious and I wanted more. If you have a gluten allergy or dairy allergy, I suggest you stop by and try it ?Dietary restrictions: Dairy and gluten

Don’t come here. Not sure what type of color they put on the top of the cake but the taste was horrible and didn’t go from my skin yet and my stomach was feeling bad. I ordered birthday cake but there was no cake at all but all ice cream and melted down in few minutes before we could use it.

I went to pick up my son‘s 12th birthday cake. I got the cake and there’s a black line through the middle of the cake. The girl said she had to call the owner to see what we could do. I was on my lunch break at work in a hurry the owner argued with me saying it’s the picture that I gave her is has a line through the middle, so I open the picture that I emailed and texted her. It does not have a black line she kept arguing with me then she said she’d give me a few dollars off or redo the cake. I had no time to redo the cake on my son’s birthday on my lunch break at work did the registers both failed then they ran my card saying my card was denied. They asked me to Venmo them. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had had a cold stone please do not go there and purchase anything. The owner is so rude and it was a disaster and I still have a black line through my cake.

#1 reeked of dirty mop water, it doesn’t seem too well cleaned or maintained. #2 the worker that assisted me had an attitude and barley mixed my ice cream threw it in a bag and had me pay in such a malice approach.

Ice cream is always good. Service provider was annoyed that we ordered. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her. No line/wait. We ordered basic small ice cream with the one free mix-in. Even my birthday kid felt apologetic for ordering a kids cone sprinkles. I get better service at Dairy Queen for half the price and delicious ice cream.

i used to like this location but lately it's been slipping. the staff always consists of teenagers, which is fine but sometimes the professionalism is lacking. my biggest concern is a health one... the store is always hot inside. ice cream shops are supposed to be cold or at least room temperature. not only is it mildly uncomfortable to sit inside, the ice cream isn't really cold & melts very fast lol. very disappointing.
