We cannot say enough good things about Jordan! Our daughter has celiac disease, and the moment we mentioned it, he took every precaution — thoroughly cleaning all serving items and the surrounding area, keeping her sundae completely separated from other ingredients, and even preparing her meal in a separate room to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination. This level of care and thoughtfulness meant the world to us. Jordan truly went above and beyond!

My late evening post dinner craving for a Cold Stone Creamery ice cream brought me here. Unfortunately, the company discontinued my favorite, Chocolate Black Forest, and I tried a new flavor (for me) - Chocolate Devotion. It is very good (anything chocolate is, for me), but I still miss the cherry aspect. May I request Cold Stone Creamery to bring back the Black Forest? Please?

Service at this store was friendly and speedy. I will be coming back.

My husband & I just visited this N Scottsdale location & we’re so impressed by what an awesome person Brooklyn is. Her customer service is fantastic especially given that young people these days aren’t always the kindest but she was respectful, helpful, kind & appreciative of our conversation.
