It can get very loud in the restaurant and it can be difficult for those that are hard of hearing to hear if you are not seated directly next to them. The food is consistent. If you find a favorite it will be the same everytime.
The experience was truly unforgettable. We gathered to celebrate my friend's bridal shower, and right from the start, Dale, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. He thoughtfully rearranged the chairs, creating a cozy corner area that gave us a sense of privacy amidst the lively ambiance. My family of 4 was seated at a bar table. The kids' meals came out 10 minutes after our meals. Our drinks were not refilled. No one offered us dessert after clearing the table, and our server brought the check without our kids getting the ice cream included with their meal. The experience made us feel unwelcome.
