Exactly what I expected. The food was perfectly portioned with quality ingredients and interesting tastes. The lobster bisque was the bite I had been waiting for, while the red snapper was pan-seared just right and the lamb melted like butter. The Açai sorbet in the blueberry dessert was deliciously tart. Top-tier chef! 👨🍳
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The wait staff was very attentive to where we were during our course and promptly picked up the previous course and set for the new one.
Had a fantastic dining experience at Course with a group of friends/family. I’ve had gastronomic meals in New York City, San Francisco, and Europe and this night was as great as any.
Sometimes with fine dining you’ll get a course or two that are a little too “creative” but I can honestly state that my wife and I loved every one at Course.
