The perfect special occasion destination! Every dish is so creative, delicious, and unique. I would also go here for the cocktails alone. We have been to Course twice but probably talk about the cocktails menu at least once a month because it’s so special and memorable. The fall menu was very well put together. The flavors in the individual dishes were complex and complimentary. The progression of the meal was also well thought out. The dessert was AMAZING! It is refreshing that the menu changes with the seasons. We are looking forward to the 12 Days of Christmas.
The food and service at COURSE were exceptional. We mentioned our anniversary in the reservation without expecting anything, but they greeted us with “Happy anniversary” and poured us sparkling wine as soon as we arrived. Every dish was delicious, and we loved trying so many novel combinations. Our server told us the chef hugs every staff member each day, and that care comes through in both the food and the service.
