DQ is the best .My family loves the staff.

Last 5 door dash they NEVER FILL up all the way. They being cheap and not filling all the way. Then after mixing a huge air bubble is btwn i e cream and shows even less

The workers don’t care at all about making the blizzards like let me just order the vanilla at this point.

Lady who worked there told me that a cookie dough blizzard does not come with chocolate fudge/syrup which is obviously not true if you look at the menu and she then proceeded to tell me she has worked there for 25 years and that I i was wrong. Absolutely bizarre experience.

I’m assuming I talked to the store manager or a shift lead, but who ever it was is a very harsh and very rude employee. I don’t recommend that place for anyone to visit!

Staff was very short and rude, Two male employees, seem to be bothering them by placing order, Order a Blizzard was not even mixed, they needed to get back to their phones . Did not want to complain as felt it would not be perceived well. I took spoon and mixed myself. The DQ on Shea and Scottsdale rd is very friendly.

Made it halfway through my cotton candy blizzard, the whole bottom half is just vanilla ice cream and no cotton candy! HALF! And the older lady who made it charged extra for cotton candy sprinkles, just to half of the normal amount?! Really disappointed.

I always order delivery from here, it’s fast and my ice cream is always never melted or messy, not to mention how delicious it is!

The staff were very friendly.

The owner needs to do research on service dogs. They are not required to wear vests. You should go to ADA.gov and learn the ins and out of a service dog, especially as a business owner. The Department of Health does not mandate this.

Many people take advantage of having a service dog which is ridiculous for those who have and need them but you can't require a vest or anything else of that sort. If anything people take advantage of those vests.

Being I have a service dog this made me chuckle.

We were served by who I believe is one of the owners. She was very rude to my parents. My father and I did not yet know what we wanted, so we were discussing the options in front of the menu board, so we could see the menu. The woman then made a big deal of being ignored, going “hello! Hello! I’m invisible to you guys!” My mother attempted to order because she felt bad about the woman behind the counter feeling ignored. Ironically, the woman did not hear her.

After being rushed, we ordered. My father got a sundae and was not informed of an upcharge for whip cream—no big deal that it’s an extra charge, but again, this worker was not great about it. After seeing the charge on the cash register, my father asked if there was an extra charge, and she told him he could read the cash register.

This was not a busy time. We were the only customers in the establishment. I only chose to go here because I have fond memories from my friends working here when we were in high school. Even then, about 6 years ago, the management had a poor reputation, which is why I am inclined to believe that this woman wasn’t a base level hourly worker. I understand some attitude from teenagers, but from an adult, it’s just even more unacceptable.

As far as ice cream goes, it’s Dairy Queen, and I like it, but why would I go here? Be mean to me, but not my parents.

Ordered a strawberry blizzard with peanuts and It tasted nothing like strawberry. I kindly asked for extra syrup and I would mix it in
myself. The worker rolled her eyes went to her manager and the manager said she put the amount it requires very rudely. I told her I’ve been eating this since I was a child and it’s never not tasted like strawberries. She kept arguing that that’s how it is. She gave me a little cup with a little syrup and it didn’t even make a difference. Threw away my $7 blizzard won’t be back to this location.

My family loves DQ, especially our local Dairy Queen Treat - Orange Julius. This location is in a nice shopping center off Via Linda and 100th. The shop is clean and the staff is nice, making it a nice experience every time.

The ice cream is always great and delicious. We love the Blizzards, cones, and hot fudge sundaes. And our kids love the Misty’s.

We’ll be back for more ice cream treats!
