They need to open on Sundays. This would be 5 stars but they're not open on Sundays for some inexplicable reason. I want to eat these sandwiches while watching football. It's tragic.
As I was leaving De Babel today, I found myself wondering what actually qualifies a restaurant for a Michelin star because De Babel’s food is consistently so good that they honestly deserve one. Every single time I come here, the food is incredible, and always freshly made. The chef is extraordinarily gifted, and every dish feels like a flavor bomb in the best way possible!

What can I say whenever I come to Arizona this is the first spot I hit when I come from New York, can not express how good the food is service old school interactions with the customers always making them feel welcomed and taken care of. Love the attention they have and is why they are so successful because of it. Will continue to keep on coming any time I am in town. 🙏
