The sushi here is the worst I have had anywhere in the valley. You would think for the price they would have their own stand alone restaurant and not just some cut out next to a pool deck. This place is overpriced to say the least, there are better places to eat especially if you are a sushi lover. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dinner was decent, service was bad considering price, atmosphere was ok,it was tiny in there. After leaving and valet parking they would not let me into the W to use the restroom it was honestly unbearable, I’ll NEVER be back.

So this is what happened. Unfortunately maybe we went with very high expectations having just returned from Japan. The restaurant did not live up to the expectation. But that’s why it may be ok for others to give it a try. The sushi just couldn’t stand up to the fresh fish sushi of Tokyo. But for the price we expected better. We could not also understand why variety sushi place for one came with salad and when ordered for two ( they called it the “us” plate) there was no salad. The salad of cucumbers was very good. The fries did not have the “Japanese “ condiment variation touted in the menu. The shishito peppers had very little goat cheese. The steak was excellent. The bar did a great job. We debated between 3 and 4 stars - ideally we should be able to choose three and a half. Valet Parking is discounted with endorsement from restaurant. Should have been complimentary given the steep cost of food itself. In terms of cost this is a high end restaurant $$$$. If you go enjoy. Please reserve before you go.

Saturday night dinner reservation 4 people at 6:30pm - we were exited to try this place based on reviews! We got the famous burger. It wasn’t anything special in my opinion- the rib eye was just okay, I don’t feel it justified the price . The edamame was completely overcooked and over spicy. The service was great, the food wasn’t anything special, especially for the price.

Place seemed good. They dufffed multiple items on the order. We had a 7 person table but it was not super busy, so it shouldn't have been a difficult order or table. We ordered a fair amount of sushi. I am not sure where the fish came from, but it felt like it flew from Japan. Took forever. Also missed a sashimi order. Oops.For the price. Not worth it. For the ambiance maybe. At best.Short strokes. For the price I expected better food and service. Do not recommend for a dinner to get the party started.

Amazing dinner at a local gem that exceeded expectations. The menu showcased a diverse range of dishes, each a culinary masterpiece. From the appetizers, which we ordered Oysters for, bursting with flavor to the main courses crafted to perfection, every bite was a delight. We ordered the Ora King Salmon and the Prime Rib Filet Mignon and it was both delicious. As a side we ordered the Parkerhouse Rolls and they were so amazing, I would highly recommend everyone to order those!The ambiance was inviting, and the staff’s friendly demeanor enhanced the overall dining experience. We even received a free dessert from the kitchen for our anniversary, which was very thoughtful!A must-visit for those seeking a gastronomic adventure in a welcoming setting.

I unexpectedly was going to my normal Scottsdale hideout bar food spot when I noticed something different there was a small restraunt in the corner I entered they asked if I had reservationsI said no . The woman said that I could sit at the bar the staff seemed normal at first glance I proceeded to go over the menu it seemed to have Wagyu witch I had never tried before and it had sushi special cuts at this point I realized I was sitting in a Wagyu restraunt I was going over the different types of ways it could be served I decided I was going to get a burger Wagyu and some specail cut Ahi my burger came after some anxious time unfortunately i could not taste itIt had seeds I have diverticulitis and losis at times I had to send it back the executive chef came out and asked a few questions I waited more anxious time I was in safe hands the chef redid the burger with seedless buns when it came I took my first bite ever it was small crackles of melting butter meat it's seemed as if it were melting in my mouth with the butter buns I could not believe how amazing it smelled with every bite melting in my mouth i wanted more the staff and the Chefs were absolutely incredible in the care of the customers and the product coming from this kitchen this is the most amazing burger I've ever had in my entire life but dont take my word for it take a wander and find this little diamond in the desert
