Food was pretty bad, the pepp pizza was the only decent thing. Wings were unnecessarily breaded, sauce mid. Fundido dip was just shredded Oaxaca, very thick and not a queso dip. TVs were glitching, server was nice and did his best

Absolutely dreadful experience from start to finish.

We came specifically to watch the England vs Panama World Cup match, yet somehow not a single member of staff seemed to understand that football supporters actually want to hear the commentary. We politely asked if the sound could be turned on, only to be met with blank stares and a shrug. The hostess simply replied, “I don’t know about that,” without making the slightest effort to find out. For a venue that markets itself as a sports bar, that is utterly embarrassing.

The welcome was just as poor. There was no hostess at the entrance, so we asked the hostess in the betting area, who rather dismissively told us, “I can’t help you. The hostess will deal with you.” Charming. When the hostess eventually appeared, there wasn’t even a “hello” or “welcome.” She simply walked off expecting us to follow her.

Once seated, things somehow became even worse. Despite there being plenty of staff standing around, it took an age before anyone acknowledged our table. After taking our initial drinks order, our waitress vanished for extended periods. We repeatedly wanted to order food and additional drinks but simply couldn’t find her. We even asked staff behind the bar and other employees if someone could help us, only to be met with complete indifference. Nobody appeared remotely interested in providing service.

The televisions themselves were another disappointment, with several screens glitching and making the match difficult to watch. Again, nobody seemed particularly bothered.

As for the food… painfully average. Bland, uninspired and completely forgettable. Certainly nowhere near good enough to justify returning. There are countless places in Scottsdale serving far better food with staff who actually care.

The entire operation felt disorganised, poorly managed and completely lacking any sense of hospitality. With service this bad, mediocre food and staff who seem uninterested in customers, it’s difficult to see how this place survives in the long term.

A sports bar that doesn’t understand sport, service or hospitality.

One star is generous. We won’t be returning, and management should be thoroughly ashamed of the experience they’re providing.

Don’t come here. Better options in Scottsdale. And bathroom bugs. GenZ staff who could care less.

Seinfeld put it best, “You know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation.”

Great place to watch sporting events!! Service was just ok and the food wasn’t bad, but if improved, it would make a big difference! Also, I wasn’t impressed by the menu, need to add more items.

The place looked awesome, very large and clean. The Sportsbook area was of course packed with guests, but the security guard in front of it had zero communication skills. Having to show ID seemed odd to me but I guess half the place is a family restaurant in which people brought kids into, with vaping indoors, but okay. Food service in the Sportsbook is a disaster. 1 maybe 2 waitresses for almost 50-75 bettors watching games was insanity. Slow to get orders in and served, plus the food was ultra expensive and mid quality.

How does a company backed by one of the largest sports betting companies in the world not anticipate a huge turnout at one of North Scottsdale's only sports bars for Team USA playing in the World Cup on a Friday that was also a banking holiday?

The servers were nice, but there was absolutely no game plan for handling what was clearly severe understaffing. The food was horrendous, and the manager, Eric, was extremely rude. I felt like I was inconveniencing him simply by asking for another drink and some silverware so we could eat our food.

We were sitting outside in 110-degree heat with no fans, no bottled water (the tap water tasted like sewer water), and the first drink we ordered when the game started didn't arrive until the 49th minute of the match.

Getting silverware turned into a wild goose chase. After asking three different employees, I eventually walked around the restaurant myself, found some at the server station, and helped myself.

The entire experience was a complete disaster. The attitude we received today makes us never want to come back after being loyal customers for the past two years. It was honestly better organized during the Phoenix Open than it was today.
And this wasn't just our experience—the entire restaurant was complaining.

Came here for a friday lunch during the USA world cup. Management completely screwed this up. 2 hours here. One drink. Food orders were wrong and took over 90 minutes. Wouldn't waste my time again if I can go to Torro across the street.

Went today to watch USA World Cup. Made reservations & ended up sitting at the bar bc they couldn’t find our reservation. Which was fine. The bartender or so called should go back to Taco Bell. She said multiple times I’ll be back. All we wanted to do was spend money, watch the game and eat good food. The management should be aware we left because the service was beyond disappointing. We understand it’s a big game and very busy but she had zero sense of urgency or personality.

In arizona how do you not have misters outside? If you book a table inside, they don’t care and willput you outside.

First and foremost. I frequent a lot of places in old town. A lot of sports bars with their own twists.

I thought okay let’s try this place DraftKings since it’s a pretty known brand.

My Baseline sports bar experience I would say is Zipps.

The foods presentation here is decent but the taste is rough, it’s not good food in general.

The service here is abysmal. Took us an hour to get our food.

Probably better to go somewhere else.

Also make sure to verify your check is correct. The prices are usually off, and the itemization is wrong.

Got there and had reservations for the outdoor cabana. Seated promptly. The tv was on something we didnt like, so we asked the hostess to change it. She let us know that the waiter had to do it. 10 minutes went by without us being even acknowledged. Literal ten minutes bc we know what time we got there. No acknowledgment, no water, no nothing.

Finally, waiter came by and we put our drink order in and asked for the TV to be changed. Again, 10 more minutes go by. We’re 20 minutes deep into being here and the game is flying by. I go inside to ask the guy’s behind the dkngs desk to change the channel. They said they would. A few minutes go by and the TV goes defunct.

25 minutes deep- they bring out an appetizer and WITHOUT any utensils. Weve already been contemplating leaving since we were irritated at the lack of attention and service. I asked to speak to the manager. That person never came. Finally, our waiter came by and we let him know that we’ve been here for 25+ minutes- the TV hadnt been fixed and the service, attention had been poor. We walked out and the waiter chose to comp the check, since we didnt eat or touch any of it. I pointed it that it had been 25 minutes plus to fix the TV (still not fixed), manager never came out to discuss, brought out appetizers without utensils.

Was the expectation to eat the salad like it was a pie eaten context. The funny part was- i was amazrd at the ambiance and atmosphere, as a sports fan. Unlikely to go back. Id love to hear from someone from mgmt, but i doubt that will happen

Came here on a whim to watch game seven of NBA west finals! Dillon took amazing care of us the entire game— attentive, personable, and knowledgeable of the menu. 10/10 recommend.
