The restaurant was semi dirty and staff members were mid conversation when we walked in. At first, they ignored us in order to continue their conversation about two different employees. After I walked out and walked back in, they finally took my order. The cashier stuggled with my iced coffee with carmel drizzle. She finally turned to a co-worker who was taking out the trash and asked for help. This worker placed the bag of trash down and picked up a spoon begin to stir my drink ( without washing her hands). I was mortified. She then completed my drink and passed it to me as if nothing was wrong.I have no idea why but I asked where the carmel drizzle was. She stated that she left it off because I asked her to leave off the whip cream. " Carmel drizzle doesn't show up without the whip cream" is what I was told???? (It does at Starbuck and Dutch Bros)Anyway, I paused and informed her that she charged me for it. She looked at me straight faced and said nothjng. Rather than argue, I took my drink, said nothing else, and threw it away as I exited the store( due to the trash situation). When I contacted the store I was told that they will ask employees to wash their hands when switching from trash duty to food serving. I like the brand but this store is a strong NOOO!!

Friday March 16. The outside building looked compelling and DD+BR isn’t readily available in my area back home.I pruned in for a Chai Tea Latte, two donuts, and two scoops of ice creamPros:+Outbuilding aesthetics very inviting.+Servers are working as hard and as fast as possible.Cons:+Bad Chai Tea Latte. Hardly any flavor.+The two workers did everything they could to keep pace with Coffee Counter, Drive Through, and Scooping Ice Cream! We had a significant wait time for ice cream. We noted we were amazed at the work load these folks were taking and that the manager should rethink the employment strategy.+The special recommended “Churro Donut” was like a dry piece of old bread. Don’t get that one.+Tables can’t be cleaned regularly because the two servers work load is insane.

Probably one of the worst experiences at any Dunkin. All of the staff seemed completely uninterested in being there or serving customers. Very short and rude. Donuts all looked like they had been sat on and were stale. Got a refresher and watched one of the staff members lift and use the inside of her shirt to open the juice box. The place was so filthy.

Former employee!!I couldn’t work this location anymore and I had to quit. The new manager (Mariah) would make us reuse the creamer, milk and almond milk. Not only did they make us save the dairy products the donuts and bagels are DAYS old. The manager told me to just “heat it up in the oven” so it would make the bagel less hard. They also reuse cups and wash them to “save more product” so know that you probably drinking out of a used cup. Employees were treated horribly, if I got called in on my off day and I said no she would ignore me the day I come in. Cherry on top!! There is mold in the freezer, the racks just have mold spots. Please don’t eat here anymore. It needs to be checked out.

Only giving 2 stars because the ice cream cakes were fully stocked. However, I would give a 1 star for everything else.Kids working there were VERY slow, and not interested in preparing orders. Donut options were slim not stocked.Store was filthy. Floor looked like it hadn't been mopped for weeks. This was at 1 p.m. on a Saturday.Also. Maybe an apron for workers would be a good idea? The workers clothes we COVERED in food and stains.

The food is so bad. Very little donut options available at 9AM on a Sunday. Had the bagel minis and they were stale and inedible. Staff was curt, short and unpleasant. One caveat——Kudos to one male worker who let me use his phone after I locked myself out of my car.

I drive across the valley for work, I don't drink coffee, but dunkin USUALLY sells hit chocolate. I've only been here three times twice they didn't have hot chocolate and one of those two times they didn't have GLAZED donuts. There isn't another stop on my work route and I don't drink coffee. They arr nice but I don't think the manager orders enough to prepare the team for their customer demand.UPDATE: I arrived this morning and was excited to find hot chocolate! The staff have always been awesome and I'm excited to be back on Saturday, dunkin is always better than Starbucks!

Coffee is always great. Friendly staff. My sandwich last time wasn't warmed up and was just items thrown together. I know it's a Dunkin donuts so I don't expect amazing but at least try.
