Great staff! Coffee Americano was delicious.
Alright so honestly..., I think it's over priced coffee and crappy food. Also it can be slow waiting. Hopefully you're the lucky ones and you get them when they have 4 employees working. Not 3. Otherwise you just sit and wait and wait. And all these online orders come in. You guys definitely need to hire more staff. Sorry but Starbucks is an overall better company.., Management is so cheap here it's unbelievable actually. Just look at all the reviews and you tell me...
The ice cream was so good but the wait when there was only one car ahead of us was insane.

The Dunkin' restaurant offers a compelling exterior and hardworking servers. The coffee is always great, but the Chai Tea Latte and Churro Donut were disappointing. The staff is friendly, and the manager is thoughtful and kind. Despite some mishaps with food preparation, the environment is welcoming, and the service is excellent.
The food has a lot of flavor, but the portion sizes may not be worth the price. The loaded hash browns, Ham and Swiss pretzel sliders, and Coolatta drinks are considered pricey for the amount provided. However, the Coolatta drink is described as refreshing and having a good taste after a few sips.
The service quality can vary between different Dunkin' locations. While one location had a rude manager and poor customer service, another provided exceptional service with a welcoming and attentive staff member who conveyed a sense of ownership.
