This is an excellent meal service. However I wish they would use ground beef more often and less chicken. There are way too many chicken meals which I guess it's probably cheaper for them, but ground beef tastes a lot better reheated, has more nutritional value, and less pufas. More beef please.

I ha e only been eating their meals and smoothies for a couple weeks. However, considering the price of take out, or even a nice sit down restaurant, they are an amazing deal, the meals are so delicious. I love that the label in the containers tells what the macros are. These are so much healthier than any other place. Its so helpful for in the go meals, or if I didnt get to food prepping in time. I will be suggesting them to all my clients from now on

I use this food prep company the most because of the quality of the food and variety. I track all my calories, carbs, fats, proteins, ect.,which they list on the label. Even sodium which is important to me. Lots of options and the food is delicious.
