Had breakfast at EGGstasy and it was really good. I got the dali omelette with a side of blueberry pancakes and the portion size did surprise me at first but that's what leftover takeout is for! The pancakes were light and fluffy and the service was nice and friendly.

The atmosphere and the service was great. An honest review for the omelettes we ordered: The food was overall alright. However, the cherry tomatoes were just cut in half in the ommelette and some onion pieces were large, which would be better off if chopped finer. The barbacoa had a lot of juice which soured the ommelette, and also the Greek omelette had no feta cheese in it. We asked for a crisper hash brown side, and it came as regular.
