My bagel and bagel sandwich was delicious, but I also ordered a beef flavored doggy bagel for my pet that was hard as rocks. Could barely cut it with a knife yet you expect my pet to be able to eat this? Was a waste of money and a disappointment.

Maddy greeted us with a friendly smile. She is very enthusiastic about her job, which makes for great customer service. She took our order and insured accuracy by repeating it to us. We had a great experience at this location, thanks to her.

Whoever the guy that closed today was, he was amazing! He was all by himself today.

He took the 2 seconds to ask what bagel I wanted and how I wanted the eggs, rather than other times where they skip that part and tell me the total of the purchase before I can even try to ask for a different bagel etc. He showed he cared for the customers preferences and over all time, recommending water before we walked out the door because it was hot outside (as usual in AZ)...
