The bagel was good but what is up with the tip option at the kiosk if you pay with credit card. They've removed the $0 tip option as well as the custom tip option. Apparently this has become standard at all Einstein bros bagels locations. You can't skip the tip option at any of the locations. I won't come back because of that.
Kylie was AMAZING, she’s always got a smile on her face, she’s very kind and respectful, it’s so sad to see disgusting costumers come in and are so rude to her. They may need to consider laying off the bagels more and focus on their diabetic heath instead.
