I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese to be delivered to my Mom at a rehab center. The order was 17+ and the bagels were delicious. There was very little cream cheese on the bagels for what we spent. It was a very light spread

Justin up front is fantastic and always has a smile on his face. This store is run to almost perfection with a fast line and high quality food. I drive out of my way on the weekends to this location to see Justin he is that great. Highly recommend.

Well we always come here when we’re in Scottsdale but this this place was horrible. Service sucked. Coffee was cold, not one clean table, trash overflowing and then they have no S&P. Terribly disappointing. Get it together

This is by far the friendliest Einstein's I've been to! The employees have been extremely friendly to every single person and are setting customer expectations by letting people in line know the food is going to take a little time. They are turning around the orders really fast despite the amount of people. Definitely making this Einstein's my go to location!

I wish everyone working at your restaurants throughout the valley could share your caliber of quality customer service. Update: the owners reached out, and were very receptive to both the cross-contamination issue as well as the phone issue. I think they really do want to improve and provide a good experience. I will definitely continue to frequent this location.I really like this location, they are usually very quick to fill orders but the past few times I've gone I can taste onion in my bagel. I'm assuming they are just using the same knife to cut the bagels or possibly the chive spread? I'm not sure but it really ruins breakfast. I tried to call them rather than leaving a mediocre review but couldn't get anyone to answer the phones at 9am, 9:30, or 9:50 today so here we are.
