The red hair girl making food was so rude to the older gentleman working. He is always so nice and she was being so disgustingly rude to him and basically to me when he asked her if she had my order. I’m not sure why people think they could act like that to a customer or to a co worker. She needs an attitude check that was so embarrassing and rude.

Gentlemen that waited on us was patient n nice. Bagles are considerably smaller than last time I went to an Einsteins. We had to wait for something and we were hungry. It was not my 1st choice.

Very poor customer service. Very few people in shop. I said it was my first visit and I wasn't sure what to order. Instead of offering some suggestions, I got crickets. Then, they called out some strange name when my order was ready. Also, don't put pics of items on menu that look nothing like what you get.
