Not impressed. Whoever was working today 8/31 doesn’t know what he is doing. Ending up throwing out the smoothies, won’t be back.

My place to go whenever I need a protein shake. Great place with a menu of a plethora of protein shakes. Every time I come in, I get advice on what to eat and not eat to maximize gains, which is also a great thing. It's a one-stop shop for many things. Even if you are not working out, they have great meal replacements that help a ton.
It did the job. It had a great selection of smoothies and 1 or 2 options for most performance supplements. Not a huge selection but enough.
Best shakes around I promise you. Can’t go wrong with the Cracker Jax or Mass Effects

This review was 6 years ago when Lance was the owner. I went in there today and whoever is the owner now, I give a big thumbs down 👎. The shelves are bare with maybe one product of the type of supplement. The employee gave me some bullshit explanation of selling all the products to get more on the shelves. I will not ever visit this store again!

Never had a protein shake before until today, I got the cookies & cream protein shake and man...it was so good really thinking about grabbing a 2nd one right now lol

Great place to come by for any supplements or a smoothie if you’re feeling it. Worth the stop for sure! Prices aren’t bad and the people are great.
