Best smoothies and advice in the state!
This review was 6 years ago when Lance was the owner. I went in there today and whoever is the owner now, I give a big thumbs down 👎. The shelves are bare with maybe one product of the type of supplement. The employee gave me some bullshit explanation of selling all the products to get more on the shelves. I will not ever visit this store again!

Never had a protein shake before until today, I got the cookies & cream protein shake and man...it was so good really thinking about grabbing a 2nd one right now lol

Great place to come by for any supplements or a smoothie if you’re feeling it. Worth the stop for sure! Prices aren’t bad and the people are great.

Excellent customer service. I always get the peanut butter and banana vanilla protein shake with a splash of almond milk and lots of ice. Best prices in town.
These guys are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to spend the time to make sure you’re taken care of. Awesome healthy smoothies, but what I appreciate most is the one-on-one customer service. 6 stars.
Great spot to get supplements, grab a shake, even get in body analysis test done in shop.
Store hours on Google state that they’re open until 7pm on Sundays. I drove 5 miles out of my way to come here since my usual nutrition store was closed at the time. I arrived at Firebird Nutrition at 6:30pm and they were closed. If they’re going to close earlier than stated, or be closed entirely on Sundays, then they need to update their hours on Google. I suggested the edit on Google but it’s not my job to keep on top of their business hours.
My first time visiting this place and I was impressed. I purchased the Crackerjack shake and a tub of Whey. Professional and clean establishment.
