My place to go whenever I need a protein shake. Great place with a menu of a plethora of protein shakes. Every time I come in, I get advice on what to eat and not eat to maximize gains, which is also a great thing. It's a one-stop shop for many things. Even if you are not working out, they have great meal replacements that help a ton.
Just got in town for a work trip and was looking for a clean high protein shake and supplement shop. This is a small business with amazing shakes and everything for pre and post work out!!!! Come support this business owner. Best Shakes in Town!!
These guys are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to spend the time to make sure you’re taken care of. Awesome healthy smoothies, but what I appreciate most is the one-on-one customer service. 6 stars.
