Just went on my lunch hour. I understand it's a busy time but service was unacceptable and rude! after waiting 30 mins for my order I went to cashier and asked for refund. she apologized and said she understood. It was when the MANAGER standing next to her making sandwiches piped in and said "Sorry we just got 20 orders in", pretty rudely. Do NOT eat here unless you want to spend your whole lunch hour just trying to order and get you order to you. If I didn't know better, I would say Corporate has taken over the store. District Manager was making the sandwiches. 16 minutes to place order and 19 minutes to get the order. I hope things change here, this is NOT Normal for this location. Only a total of 4 employees working during lunch time. What a shame.
