First Watch is hands down one of the best breakfast spots around. Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I had the Eggs Benedict, and it was cooked perfectly. The poached eggs were spot on, the hollandaise sauce was rich and flavorful, and the fresh salad on the side was a great complement. One of my favorite breakfast places in Arizona. Been to multiplications and haven't disappointed yet. Very creative food and even have a cookbook that offers many of their very cool recipes. If you want a solid breakfast, this is a great choice

I had a wonderful experience at First Watch today! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and you can really tell that the chef knows what he’s doing.

The young lady who welcomed us was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional, and the entire staff was kind, attentive, and welcoming. It’s always great to visit a place where the food is excellent and the people genuinely care about their guests.
