We are big Five Guys customers (hubby’s fave burger) and we popped in for the anniversary BOGO event. Unfortunately the staff had no idea what was going on and even though I had the app and the code/info it did not work at all.

The manager Angel R was great! She tried so hard to figure it out and finally she just rang in our order and comped us the second burger.

I enjoy the burgers. Lately when I visit and order the poutine, the fries just turn to mush as I eat it from being overcooked. Also the cheese in my opinion on the burgers tastes awful. Other than that awesome place

I had an outstanding lunch yesterday at the Five Guys on 15435 Scottsdale Rd, and this location has officially become my favorite. The gentleman with braids who made my burger went above and beyond—he took the extra time to make sure the cheese was perfectly melted before placing it on the bun. That level of care is not something I’ve consistently experienced at other Five Guys, and it made a noticeable difference.

The fries were another highlight. Instead...
