We were greeted by Tracy at the front, and she was an absolute joy. She greeted us with professionalism and poise while also making us feel like old friends. She took the time to ask about our day, engaged in genuine conversation, and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Fleming's is more than a great meal ... its an experience! The moment you step inside, the staff transforms you into a world of opulence. The price is extravagant, but by the time you leave you will understand it was worth every penny. Our dining concierge was Akeely Hyland ... he made us feel like royalty! His menu recommendations were spot on. His attention to detail was extraordinary. We mentioned our party were non-drinkers and Akeely turned us on to Tost, a magnificent...

I've been to all the best steak houses in the Phoenix area, and usually have a good meal, but tonight at Fleming's was stellar. Much thanks to Grace and the staff for a wonderful evening.
