I eat at Flower Childs regularly and I just had lunch today at the Flower Child on Shea. I am always amazed at how well this restaurant runs. It is a busy spot and yet the service is efficient, the staff is super nice, and the food is great. Niko does an incredible job managing this location!
I come here just about daily . Sometimes by myself and sometimes with my two young daughters. Every visit here has always been fantastic. The staff have always been incredibly warm , inviting , and full of kindness and enthusiasm. The food is always top notch even compared to other Flower Child locations. Additionally, the food comes out quick ! I typically get the steak with a side of glazed sweet potatoes and brown rice , and it’s always fantastic.

There is some of everything here. Even if you are not a health food snob, the menu options contains a wonderful blend of flavors. I thought this place was going to be some Hoity-Toity bland mess. My flabbers were ghasted. The atmosphere is very warm and inclusive.
