Philly steak was a complete miss. My husband and I ordered a philly and a BLT. First off, they were the one place in the food court that didn't have a huge line (now I understand why) and it still took about 25 minutes to get out 2 sandwiches. But when we finally got our food...my BLT looked like a huge hoagie roll with nothing on it. There was 1 slice of bacon broken in half, a tiny less than half piece of lettuce and one slice of tomato cut in half. This was $12!! I went to talk to the so-called manager and asked him for a refund. He informed me it was against policy to do refunds and said he could make me another one. I responded by telling him I can't wait another 25 minutes for a sandwich and instead of saying something like, it will take me 5 minutes or less, he said he couldn't guarantee that! WHAT??? ITS A BLT! My 9 year old could make a BLT in less than 5 minutes. Needless to say I paid $12 for absolutely nothing. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. PHILLY STEAK,do better or don't have a business.
