Francine restaurant

We have made Francine our special occasion spot. My husband booked a reservation for my birthday. I'm not in the habit of writing reviews because anyone can have an off night. That being said, our server was terrible. He was inattentive, unfriendly, unavailable and rude. After we finished our cocktails, we waited and waited and waited until my husband had to go up to the bar and order a bottle of wine from the bartender. Again I know anyone can have a bad night. I was a server for many years. My husband has managed restaurants so I know the business. But this was unacceptable. Especially when you're dropping a lot of money for a very nice dinner. Thank God the ambience was beautiful and the food was on point as usual. The hostess was absolutely lovely and sweet and the bartender was incredible as well. That being said it may be a while before I head back to Francine.

Noble bread and french butter is always good. Mom loved the beef tar tar on quick fried sweet potato cakes. they need new chairs on the patio. very hard to move while someone is seated and hard to get up from, not very sturdy for the older diners.

Love the new Mediterranean items on the menu - hummus and chickpea salad for example. And the patio was perfect.

The service here was fantastic. My wife said her Sea Bass was one of the best she's ever had. My Filet Mignon was one of the best I've ever had. The owner, Laurent, was seating guests! He was a wonderful, gracious host. It's spendy, but for the quality, the ambiance, and the service, it's worth it!

Great experience yesterday! Great service and server made sure all of our allergies were taken care of. Manager is so nice.

Top quality food & service. Sat at bar this time as they were fully booked for hours (hint - make a reservation!). Saw bartenders make amazing array of drinks.

Our server even admitted it wasn't his best night. He seemed to have a lot of tables and maybe some of them were high maintenance. He made up up for it by comping one wine each and giving us a dessert on the house. I always love this restaurant and this doesn't change that. I will be back for the delicious food and ambience!

One of our favorite restaurants! Love the staff and especially the food. It's just always a delight to dine there.

Service great Food good. Steak Frites was waaaay over cooked, ordered medium rare and came well done++. Wine offering limited by the bottle

Nice French fine dining, but not memorable. It’s restaurant week in Scottsdale! So I only ordered from the special menu. I ordered the pita humus, orange wedge salad, the salmon, chicken & potatoes and the berry tiramisu. Also got the cocktail NOH off the regular menu.
The food was as expected at a fine dining restaurant, but it was not extraordinary. The service was and atmosphere was also as expected and good.

If you’re looking for something special considering the money you will be spending here, this is not it.

The eggs Benedict was delicious and the service from Megan was wonderful! We never had to look for her, she aniticipated our needs and was very personable! Please thank her for us!
