EVERYTHING was perfect! Service was friendly, and very helpful. Every item we ordered was delicious. This is the perfect place to come after a day of shopping at the mall, or if you want a special night out. 
We had a wonderful experience at Francine last night. Cocktails were innovative and unique. Whipped goat cheese appetizer was delicious - pitas were some of the best we have had. My wife and I both and the sea bass and it was perfectly prepared. Service was great - our waiter made great suggestions and was totally on top of his game. Would definitely go back!
Overall , the experience was excellent. Outstanding service. Fabulous ambiance. Perfect music. Marvelous desserts. Good value with Prix Fixe. Good selection. Unfortunately, the steak frites , a classic of any French bistro/restaurant, was not up to standard. The management addressed this issue upon our request. Highly recommend based on the totality of the experience.
