Of course, everybody knows about their world, famous cocktails, which live up to all the hype. What you may not know is how incredible their food is would highly recommend 10 out of 10.“

“I was very impressed with the unique offerings at this quaint, out of the way eatery; the menu appears to have something for just about everyone. We stopped by for lunch this week which was the first visit for both of us. I ordered one of the Vegan options and my lunch companion ordered the new French Dip, both dishes were exceptional and the service could not have been better. Of all the new restaurant finds I have come across over the past few years, this place tops my list. Looking forward to my next visit, there are so many unique menu options I am eager to try!“

“I am blown away by the welcoming atmosphere I was invited in with tonight! I am in the area for business and popped in at total random by myself, and was so genuinely focused on and taken care of my entire time there. I shared great laughs and kindness from the host, waitress and, what I assume was, also the shift manager! Drinks recommended for me to try were amazing and my food was drool worthy! “Fantastic first (but not last) time to Brittlebrush. The restaurant is cozy with lovely views out over the golf course. Service was fast and friendly. Our server, Nicole, who also was the bartender was knowledgeable and fun! The margaritas and the old fashioned were very well made. Nicole suggested that my husband get the birria tacos over the mahi mahi tacos and she was not wrong. So flavourful and packed full of delicious beef. I had the burrata flatbread special and added skirt steak. The flatbread was absolutely delicious with little balsamic pearls, micro greens and beautiful cheese. The steak was cooked perfectly. We were then treated to a complimentary dessert with was a choux pastry puff filled with a chocolate mousse, on a bed of cream with chocolate and what I think were toffee crumbles. The mousse had a hint of chili which was amazing! Ross the manger came round a couple of times to check on guests and he was a pleasure to chat to. Can't wait to return and so glad we found a great spot so close to home!“

“The atmosphere is great. They got a great staff, the food oh my God is so delicious I highly recommend this restaurant if you are traveling from Texas to Arizona. You need to stop here I highly recommend it. I give it 5 star.“

“Stayed at the hotel attached for a conference and honestly could have eaten here for every meal. The Tacos were so good I had them 2 days in a row. The nachos and pretzels with beer cheese are a must for appetizers. Also enjoyed the poblano pasta with chicken added. Drinks were delicious but a little on the spendy side. If back in Arizona I'd stay at the Hilton again just so I wouldn't have to travel to get top quality food.“
