“Good layout and seating. Open air and patio are nice. The service was really good. The beer list is decent but two things that kept me from a 5 star is that they only can Two of their beers and have no NA beers they brew(they have standard options but nothing from them)“
“Great location for lunch, the wait staff was top notch and very attentive to our needs. We ordered a light lunch and the food was great and service was quick. Being from the Chicago area and having Bar Louie start in our neighborhood, we felt right at home with the menu and options.I had the pepperoni flatbread, my son a burger and we split cheese curds and I would recommend all to any potential customers.The restaurant was quiet at lunchtime, and we noticed it was a lot more busy during dinner and we would love to swing by again before heading back to Chicago.Parking: Mall parking is available and consider the crowd at the mall for availability“
“Brian was so cool went out of his way to pour me a couple beers even though the bar wasn’t really open for the season yet .They will be opening from now on that season and ASU is in session.it is a really cool spot here in Tempe with awesome prices and great craft beer, really some of the best in Arizona etc…“
“A great local eatery with lots of TVs throughout. The food is always really fresh and the wings are delicious! They're small in size but packed with flavor and leaner than most fatty skinned wings. I get them grilled with extra maple hot on the side. They also come with a side of carrots/celery and dressing of choice. We also enjoy their hummus with warm pita and fresh cut vegetables and a fresh hot basket of fries“
“The best service experiences we have ever had. We called ahead to see if they were pet friendly. Yes they are. Said they had a patio. We took our bulldog with us. They brought out water and some bacon for him. He was very happy. The food was perfect. Well be back again. . Thank you D.A.“
“I really like the atmosphere of the Culinary Dropout, unfortunately this evening was louder than other times - with a lot of children screaming and carrying on. Certainly not the fault of the establishment, however unfortunately it did have an impact on our experience. Food was tremendous, Steak and frites cooked perfectly. Service was good as well.“
“Drinks: I ordered a gin fizz and it come over ice with an orange garnish; I decided to let this indecency slide as they are not a cocktail house.Food: (1) Crispy Pork Belly: SUBLIME and unctuous; don't neglect the sweet potato cake on which it sits to make the perfect bite with kimchi. (2) Crab Cakes: Plump and fresh. I usually avoid seafood when not by the sea, but this proves that some desert spots still keep their seafood fare on point. (3) The Original Chopped Salad: It is large enough split and the ingredients/textures all balance wonderfully.Dessert: Banana Foster Bread Pudding - Disappointing. It was dense and lacked really any banana nuance. And it's extremely large for a dessert. I prefer simple and small for sweet bites with actual distinct flavor.Overall, I would absolutely return for their starters and mains. I would skip dessert and keep my drink simple (a gin fizz is not complicated, though) or perhaps just order from their cocktail list to ensure accurate delivery requirements. While tables are nicely spaced, as the evening wanes on it can get quite loud for conversation.“
“This was a really great place. It was very busy on Saturday night. But we didn't have to wait as long as I expected. The burgers are out of this world and huge. A couple of our group had the entrees and they were okay. It kind of seemed to me that this was a burger and sandwich place even though very upscale. The burgers and sandwiches are really off the charts good. Drinks were also very excellent“
“We have been here several times for breakfast and decided to go for dinner. For such a Great place they were not busy at all. The indoor restaurant is still closed for renovations but was still a very nice dinner outside with the overcast sky, the light breeze and the misting system! I fully enjoyed the meal and atmosphere!“
“Drink were great, friendly bar staff, delicious appetizers. I gave it 3 stars for the atmosphere because the music was so loud during their dinner rush that it made it hard to have a conversation. Other than that, it wasn't my first time there, and it won't be my last.“
