Lisa is great. And how can you go wrong with happy hour deals like a $10 burger cooked to order and legitimately great bone-in wings for $1 a pop?!

The restaurant was empty when we arrived. The waitress greeted us immediately and let us choose our table.I wanted to drink a Guinness but this bar does not carry Guinness. The water was delicious and filtered and the lemon wedge seemed fresh. We started with the chips, salsa, and guac appetizer. The menu stated that the chips would be served warm. The chips were cold and stale. The salsa and guac were served in very small to-go condiment cups. My guess is that the salsa was pace and the guac was day old wholly guacamole or another sort of premade style. I am not opposed to being served a premade guacamole, my issue is that it looked and tasted unfresh. The waitress had no knowledge of food allergens in relation to the menu. I am dairy-free and gluten-free so I opted for a burger with no cheese and no bun. The burger came rare which is exactly what I requested. That's impressive as a lot of restaurants will not serve a rare burger. There was cheese all over it which I specifically asked to leave off. The cook screwed that up and the waitress didn't notice it until she saw that I had pulled it off and put it on the appetizer plate. She asked if there was cheese on the burger and I told her there sure was and her only reply was 'sorry about that'. The menu stated that the burger came with grilled onions. There were pickled purple onions on it that had a terrible texture and flavor. The waitress brought a bottle of ketchup to the table. It was noticeably thin leaving the bottle and tasted very watery. The fries were undercooked (mushy in the middle) and had a strange seasoning on them.My husband ordered a chicken quesadilla. He ate 1 of the 3 pieces. We took the rest to go but he threw it away the next day. All he said was that it was terrible. The 3 items totaled $38 which was after a 10% discount for being hotel guests and the chips, salsa & guac were on a happy hour special price. The total before the discounts was around $47 for the 3 food items. We only had water to drink.I would have been happier at In & Out Burger or 5 Guys for about 1/3 of the price. I will never eat here again.Dietary restrictions: I inquired about gluten-free options and the waitress replied 'I think the wedge salad might be gluten-free'.I requested no cheese on my burger and it came slathered with cheese.

Need some team based customer service improvement. Waitress took our order, another waiter served our food, then had to hunt down our waitress for our bill while the waiter who served our food walked by us 2 or 3 times, oblivious to our empty plates. Kind of like the twilight zone. Food really good.

Ordered the margarita pizza and the chicken alfredo. Pizza was not good and definitely not worth the $17-18 pre tax/tip it costs each. The only thing saving this review from a 2 stars is that our server was nice and timely with the water refills. The main issue with the pizza is that it was very saucy in addition to having an excess of cheese which tasted cheap and rather rubbery. This extra sauce and cheese resulted in a soggy crust and toppings that would slide off when a slice was picked up. Overall I would say I was disappointed in this pizza especially as this should be a menu item that is easy to get right if not just average at a minimum.

Don't bother. Confused the orders. $16 for dinner salad worth $6. Spaghetti was good. Two large parties and not enough wait staff.

Good vibes. Didn't check out the dishes but I splurged on the guac and chips bowl. Was nice. Only issue, chips are so generous yet they give such a teeny tiny amount of guac in comparison. FYI, it's around $3.50 to add extra. Good stuff though!

Roberta is great. Unfortunately some of our favorites have been taken off the menu. Still a great, friendly place to have a drink while staying at the hotel

We were staying at the Hotel Adeline next door and had eaten a large late lunch earlier in the day. We wanted something light and nearby. We searched and found that this place was close and decent reviews. It's located on the 4th floor of the Embassy Suites Hotel. Take the elevator up and follow signs to restaurant. This is basically a bar/lounge with a very basic menu. Remember, you're in a hotel in Scottsdale so Prices won't be cheap. Alkerie was our server. She was running around like crazy. She was the bartender and server for food. We had the Cobb salad and I had the Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken added. It was delicious. I ate the entire salad. Nice quiet little place that's open until 10.
