Really enjoyed this place. The food was great, especially the appetizers and fries. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. I’ll definitely be back.
We wanted to watch some football and have dinner and decided to try the Garanda Bar & Grill. It is a bit difficult to locate in the hotel as it is on the 4th floor and not above the lobby where you would expect it to be. Once we found it, the staff were excellent and took care of us right away. We tried the mushroom pizza and the meat lovers pizza. Need some team based customer service improvement. Waitress took our order, another waiter served our food, then had to hunt down our waitress for our bill while the waiter who served our food walked by us 2 or 3 times, oblivious to our empty plates. Kind of like the twilight zone. Food really good.
