We wanted to watch some football and have dinner and decided to try the Garanda Bar & Grill. It is a bit difficult to locate in the hotel as it is on the 4th floor and not above the lobby where you would expect it to be. Need some team based customer service improvement. Waitress took our order, another waiter served our food, then had to hunt down our waitress for our bill while the waiter who served our food walked by us 2 or 3 times, oblivious to our empty plates. Kind of like the twilight zone. Food really good.
Ordered the margarita pizza and the chicken alfredo. Pizza was not good and definitely not worth the $17-18 pre tax/tip it costs each. The only thing saving this review from a 2 stars is that our server was nice and timely with the water refills.The main issue with the pizza is that it was very saucy in addition to having an excess of cheese which tasted cheap and rather rubbery.
