I love the setup where you choose what you want as they build it for you -- it puts a new spin on mediterranean. I had a bowl with chicken sharwarma and a couscous base, calamata hummus, goat cheese, pickled onion, tomatos, cucumbers, fried onions, eggplant, and more calamata olives, and dalmades to top it off. I loved that there were multiple options to try so that you can have a different experience based on your mood. Very neuveau-- I will definitely go back again.

This is our first visit, Hummus Republic is a Mediterranean Chipotle and we will definitely be back. The food was good, healthy, and competitively priced. That being said, the BEST part of our visit was the service: Kenny and Jackson are friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much!P.S. Fresh, healthy, delicious Mediterranean food at a very reasonable price point. Casual, peaceful ambiance. Nice patio if you want to sit outside. I had a bowl with chick peas and rice, the steak for protein and taziki and red pepper hummus on the side. Everything was delicious! It was my first time in and Page was so kind and helpful, explaining to me all my options. I will definitely be back.

Sooo disappointed in this restaurant. Checked the menu ahead of time and they listed a vegetarian steak and it showed on their board when we entered. Then we went to order and it wasn't available, they should have crossed it off or something. The girls weren't very helpful getting you through the options available either. I would have never ordered a pita if I knew it would be impossible to eat as a sandwich, way too overfilled. The flavors of both our choices were also not good. Just kind of a strange mixture. My husband didn't even make a dent in his and it was very expensive. Love the concept but they either need to be more helpful in the selection process or adjust the options/flavors available.
