They asked if it was our first time and walked us through the whole process of ordering. The food was delicious And the owner was checking on customers to make sure their experience was top-tier.

My first time visiting Hummus Republic, and it was phenomenal. Felt welcomed by all of the staff from the moment I walked in. All of the staff were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my first-timer questions. The staff made recommendations based off my inquiries, and man, they were spot on with flavor combinations. The food was fresh and delicious, and the options for different combinations were endless. Hummus Republic was one of the best dining experiences our family has ever had. It’s very rare to find a place where everyone—from our 6-year-old to our teenagers and adults—absolutely loves the food, but this restaurant accomplished exactly that.
