I really wanted to love this place but I have to agree with many of the other reviewers in that this is the most BLAND Mac and cheese that I’ve ever had. If I close my eyes, my brain thinks I’m eating plain, overcooked noodles. We were surprised that the place was empty despite being peak hours on a Saturday, but now it makes sense. I had to write a review in real time to share my experience so others don’t make the same mistake. Spent $31 for two bowls and were super disappointed.

My boyfriend and I just visited the Scottsdale location for the first time. We thought it opened at 10am, but ends up they open at 11am. Well, Tammy the manager saw us looking outside and opened up the doors early for us to come in. Who does that?! She then brought us some cookies while we were waiting for our food. Seriously?!Tammy is seriously the sweetest woman with the greatest customer service. I Heart Mac and Cheese is extremely lucky to have her!!!The lobster Mac was also great ;)

I don't have anything bad to say about this place. The person serving us was absolutely lovely! I got my pizza crust slightly darker than I like it, and the person was very very sweet and insisted she make me a Mac and cheese. I'm usually a really really picky eater, and it's hard for me to find a place that I like, but I was incredibly impressed with this place.If I could put down 10 stars, it would put down 10 stars without question.Next time we're in town, I'll make sure to visit again! Thank you!

It's a little weird to me that there are so many choices for everything EXCEPT the cheese sauce. -Which is the only part of their mac and cheese that's lacking. You can spend the same amount at LUX across the street and get a better cheese sauce in their bacon/jalapeno mac and cheese. I love the concept of a place that does all these different mac and cheeses. But you've really got to either work on that cheese sauce or offer some other cheese sauces as well. To be fair, there's another place like this in Mesa that I tried that was 1000 percent worse called Make A Mac -- so I Heart Mac & Cheese is still ahead of the curve, but please work on the cheese sauce.

Food: Picked this place because I am obsessed with mac n cheese. Had the Philly Mac n Cheese. Aside from the meat, this was unfortunately the worst mac n cheese I've ever had due to its blandness. I was questioning whether or not there was cheese in it cause i could barely taste it. Grilled cheese was ok.Service: Excellent. Workers were very nice.

Mac and cheese bowl was basically cheese flavored water with pasta for $14. Despite ordering it with topped pepper jack cheese. Boxed Kraft Mac and cheese is more cheesy. Big Bummer. Service is fine. A bit slow compared to other bowl places but people were super friendly. Atmosphere is your basic fast casual option.Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free.

As a picky eater I didn't have high hopes eating here but I can genuinely say this is one of the best and fastest places I've eaten at, it's like subway for Mac and cheese and grilled cheese, they have so many options plus many desserts that I'm in love with (the red velvet cookies and cheesecake bites are my favorite) I HIGHLY recommend them!!

We wanted to try this since we love Mac and cheese… I was not a fan, and not could I finish it. Not for volume, but taste…For 25$ (lobster Mac and cheese), it definitely wasn’t worth the price. If it was 1$ I would not order it again. My gf had the buffalo blu Mac and cheese, and did not like hers either.But the woman working there was VERY nice and accommodating. She answered questions and let us look on the electronic menu to see pics. She even reheated mine since it was cold in the middle.Awesome service, subpar food. It’s a cool idea, but we won’t go back.
