Waiter was inattentive. Food took forever to get to the table and it was not hot when it arrived. Manager said she comped our entire bill (which I never asked for), but a credit never showed up in my account. For the price, there are many other restaurants I will go to in the future before returning to Maggianos.
I cannot give enough praise to the Scottsdale location. We took our little one who has several food allergies. We talked with the manager and chef and worked it out to have a safe meal. They were very accommodating, very knowledgeable about what ingredients they had, how to prevent cross contact, and so much more. This was the first time EVER we have gotten to enjoy a meal as a family and our 5 year olds first time at a restaurant ever. It was so special not to mention delicious!...read full review
